Dr. Chivers attended Western University in London, Ontario where he received his Bachelor’s Degree with Honours Specialization in Kinesiology. After finishing his undergraduate degree, Dr. Chivers completed his Chiropractic Degree at Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.

Dr. Chivers is equipped to treat every part of the body including the spine and every joint from the jaw down to the toes. Dr. Chivers uses a variety of techniques including chiropractic adjustment, myofascial release therapy, cupping, LASER therapy, and active rehab strategies.

As an avid golfer himself, Dr. Chivers received certification from the Titleist Performance Institute so that he could treat every level of golfer from the weekend warrior to the highly competitive. Whether it’s helping relieve the aches and pains associated with the game or improving overall performance, Dr. Chivers can help.

When he’s outside of the office you can often find Dr. Chivers playing golf, walking Issy, his Coonhound, playing ultimate frisbee, or enjoying Lake Huron. His favourite golf course is Indian Hills and he carded his first hole-in-one in May of 2022!

Tory is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (1000 + teaching hours), a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher and a certified Children’s Yoga Teacher.

You will find Tory throughout the community teaching on the beach, in retirement/assisted living facilities and volunteering her time teaching yoga for not-for profit organizations focused on child and youth support/wellness. Tory is a firm believer that yoga should be accessible to anyone and everyone who needs it, finances should never be an obstacle.

For Tory, yoga and parenthood have always been closely intertwined, completing her initial yoga teacher training while pregnant with her first daughter, Charlotte and continuing her education, years later, with a focus in prenatal health and wellness while pregnant with her second daughter, Stella. Both daughters spent much time on the mat in utero and continue to join Tory in class to this day.

Dr. Brigitte Hynes-Taylor, is originally from Bright’s Grove\Camlachie and is a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, Registered Holistic Nutritionist & Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner. With 14+ years of extensive health education she holds a BSc. Human Nutrition, Masters in Health Promotion and MD (Medical Degree). Her passion in life has always been health, wellness and nutrition.

She has lived and worked around the world from Ireland, to Poland and across Canada from Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan to Ontario. In 2015, Dr. Brigitte Hynes-Taylor opened her private Holistic Nutrition practice in Petrolia & Sarnia, Ontario. Having worked & studied internationally, she is a firm believer, when you empower people with tools and knowledge; change is the natural progression of these actions.

As a mom of a busy boy & baby girl, fitness is something Brigitte is very passionate about. She believes the importance to lead by example for our children by showing them movement & fitness can be a fun part of our daily routine.

Dr. Brigitte Hynes-Taylor founded Circle Studio (a boutique fitness studio in Petrolia, Ontario) in 2016. She is a Principle Instructor at Circle Studio. Brigitte is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Brigitte teaches a variety of group fitness classes in Petrolia & Sarnia and on her farm for all fitness levels, including class focused on Postnatal fitness (Baby Barre, Stroller Fit & Baby Bootcamp). Brigitte holds additional & specialty certifications in Total Barre, Pumped Up Strength, PIYO, POP Pilates, POUND, Total Barre, Post Natal Barre, TRX, Urban Poling & Surfset. ​ Following her moms Breast Cancer Diagnosis in 2020 and her positive BRCA2 genetic testing in 2021, she obtained a specialized certification for Cancer Exercise Training, with a focus on Breast Cancer. In April 2024 she will officially launch a Breast Health & Fitness training program to support, train, coach, educate & empower those affected by breast cancer before, after or during diagnosis or on a new healthy journey on how to live a more active lifestyle.

Dr. Brigitte Hynes-Taylor advocates for networking with local businesses to collaborate on creating and delivering unique and engaging health promotion programs, events & workshops. Through continuing education Dr. Brigitte Hynes-Taylor is constantly expanding her knowledge to deliver and integrate current nutrition, health and wellness and functional fitness information for clients.

Outside of business, Brigitte is an Adjunct Professor at Lambton College. At home , she is a mom of two & wife. Brigitte loves being outdoors and the many projects & adventures on her families farm.

Hi! I’m Sarah. I was first introduced to massage therapy when I was recovering from a car accident and immediately fell in love with the practice. I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Lambton College in 2010 and completed my registration exams with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO). Since then, I have been treating patients, researching and learning as much as I can to continue to improve my skills. My mission is to help support patients in their individual journey to recover, relax and restore their physical selves through therapeutic massage so they can live their best lives. I aim to provide a clean and safe space to promote relaxation and to tailor every massage to each patient’s specific needs and treatments goals.

I have a great family that loves to get outside as much as I do. We do lots of hiking, camping, swimming, paddle boarding, tobogganing, skating, cycling and of course lots of long walks wth our black lab. I also practice yoga, lift weights and really enjoy knitting. That right - Knitting! It’s cool, I promise.

Dr. Rosangela Spadafora obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Guelph, as she majored in Human Kinetics. Upon graduation, she continued her education by attending New York Chiropractic College located in the Finger Lakes area of New York State. Currently, she is also certified in Functional Integrated Acupuncture.

As a chiropractor, Dr. Rosangela has developed the ability to assess, diagnose and treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal complaints related to the spine as well as extremity conditions. She strives to provide evidence-based care focused on each individual, specific to their condition and aligned with their goals. With a wide variety of treatments options available, she will find a combination that works best for you. In each appointment you can expect an environment where your concerns are heard and your questions are encouraged. In addition, Dr. Rosangela places a strong emphasis on patient education in order to empower her patients to live active, pain free lifestyles.

While growing up in her hometown of Sarnia, Dr. Rosangela was a competitive dancer, which is what led her to her own personal experience with chiropractic care. Andy started practicing yoga in 2014 and in 2018 she decided to take her 200-hour yoga teacher training. After completing the course, she began teaching at a local studio in Sarnia, ON. Due to the pandemic that studio closed but Andy wanted to continue teaching so she created Maple Flavoured Yoga in 2021 on YouTube so that people could continue to practice in their homes. Once in person classes were an option, she started hosting classes on her own at a local shop and eventually connected with ALTA Health and Performance!

Andy was initially trained in Hatha Yoga and has gone on to complete additional Yoga Teacher Trainings in Pranayama, Meditation and Yin Yoga. She is currently enrolled in a 500-hour yoga program as well and always considers herself a student first.

Andy’s approach to sharing yoga is trauma informed, lighthearted and focuses on the student’s experience. Suggestions are offered in class, but nothing is mandatory as she believes the student is the one who knows themselves best. Andy’s wish it to create a safe space for all folks to come as they are, explore, and learn about themselves.
